Call Data: We collect metadata for all calls received through our service, including caller phone numbers, call duration, and timestamps. AI-generated text transcripts are created in real time during each call. Call audio is streamed but not recorded or stored.

Interaction Data: Information about how you use our platform, including login times, features accessed, and dashboard interactions.

Technical Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information through standard web analytics.

Performance Metrics: Data about call handling, including which calls were answered, qualified, or resulted in bookings.

LucroVox may send SMS/text messages to registered business owners and authorized account users for the following purposes:

Consent: By providing your mobile phone number during account registration or in your account settings, and by enabling SMS notifications, you expressly consent to receive text messages from LucroVox at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in or out of SMS notifications at any time through your account dashboard settings.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your call volume and account activity. You may receive up to approximately 50 messages per month depending on your plan and lead volume.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by disabling SMS notifications in your account settings. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS messages sent and received. LucroVox is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

No Sharing of Mobile Information: We will never sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS messaging program to any third party. Your mobile information, including your phone number and opt-in consent data, will not be shared with or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Supported Carriers: SMS messages are sent via supported U.S. and UK mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment Information: Payment records are retained in accordance with financial and tax requirements.

Call Logs: Call metadata (timing, duration, caller information) is retained for up to 2 years for analytics and compliance purposes.
