3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

LucroVox offers monthly subscription plans. All billing is handled securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis according to your selected plan.

3.2 Pricing and Charges

Pricing is displayed on our website and may vary by plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing cycle but will take effect on your next renewal date.

3.3 Payment Method

You agree to provide valid and current payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment credentials. Charges will appear under the name "LucroVox" on your billing statement.

3.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again within a reasonable timeframe. If payment continues to fail, your account access may be suspended until payment is received.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. Upon cancellation, your account will remain accessible until the end of your paid period, after which all access will be terminated.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of LucroVox (including software, text, graphics, logos, images, and the arrangement thereof) are owned by LucroVox.com and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to us (such as business information, customer contact details, or custom scripts). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use this content solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

5.3 Call Recordings

All transcripts, summaries, lead records and call metadata generated through our service are owned by your business. However, we may use anonymized or aggregated data from service activity to improve our AI models and services, unless you opt out in your account settings.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUCROVOX.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We collect and process personal data including customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, call transcripts, summaries, lead records, call metadata, and payment information. 8.1 Administrative Access to Account Data

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that authorised LucroVox personnel may access your account data, including call transcripts, lead records, notes, and call metadata, solely for the following purposes:

9. SMS/Text Message Terms

LucroVox offers optional SMS/text message notifications as part of its service. By enabling SMS notifications in your account settings, you agree to the following terms:

By providing your mobile phone number and enabling SMS notifications during account registration or in your account settings, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from LucroVox related to your account activity, including new lead alerts, appointment confirmations, and service notifications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any LucroVox service.

9.2 Message Frequency and Content

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and call volume. You may receive up to approximately 50 messages per month. Messages may include new lead notifications, appointment booking alerts, usage warnings, and important service announcements.

9.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from LucroVox, or by disabling SMS notifications in your account dashboard. Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of SMS will not affect your access to other LucroVox services.

9.4 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. LucroVox is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages.

9.5 Privacy of Mobile Information
