Terms of Service (United Kingdom)
These terms govern your use of the LucroVox service in the United Kingdom. They form a legally binding contract between you ("you", "Customer") and LucroVox UK ("LucroVox", "we", "us"). If you are accessing this page from outside the UK or the EEA, please refer instead to our global Terms of Service.

1. The service
LucroVox provides a software-as-a-service AI voice agent that answers, qualifies, and routes telephone calls on behalf of business Customers. The service includes a customer dashboard, configuration tools, telephony provisioning, AI-generated transcription, and lead-capture notifications. Specific features available depend on the subscription tier you select.
2. Eligibility — business use only
LucroVox is sold business-to-business (B2B). By entering into these terms you represent that you are entering into them in the course of business and not as a consumer. Sole traders contracting in the course of their business are included; persons acting wholly outside their trade or profession are not eligible.
3. Subscription, fees, and VAT
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance in pounds sterling (GBP) via Stripe.
- All fees are stated excluding VAT. Where LucroVox is required to charge UK VAT it will be added to invoices at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).
- Usage above the included call/minute allowance is billed at the published overage rate.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension. We will notify you and provide a reasonable cure period before suspending.
4. 14-day money-back guarantee
If, within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription month, you are not satisfied with the service, email billing@lucrovox.com requesting a refund and we will refund the first month's subscription fee. The guarantee applies once per Customer organisation and does not cover usage overages or one-off setup fees.
5. Customer responsibilities
- You will provide accurate business information, and configure the AI agent in line with applicable laws (including financial promotions, advertising standards and consumer law).
- You will obtain any necessary consents from end callers for the transcription and processing of their personal data (note: LucroVox does not audio-record calls; only AI-generated text transcripts are created), and you will not use the service to make unsolicited marketing calls in breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
- You acknowledge that the service is not a replacement for emergency lines: it does not handle 999 or 112 calls. You will ensure that callers retain access to emergency services through other means.
- You will keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.
6. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not permit any user to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purposes.
- Use the service to impersonate a specific real person without their consent, or to deceive callers about the AI nature of the agent (the AI must disclose itself at the start of each call).
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or the licence granted herein.
- Transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service activities, or use the service in a manner that materially degrades performance for other Customers.
7. Data protection
Our processing of personal data is governed by our UK Privacy Notice and, where you provide personal data of end callers for processing by the service, by our UK Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of these terms. A copy of the DPA is available on request and is published in the customer dashboard for active accounts.
7.1 Administrative access to account data
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that authorised LucroVox personnel may access your account data, including call transcripts, lead records, notes, and call metadata, solely for the purposes of: providing technical support and troubleshooting; quality assurance and optimisation of your AI agent configuration; investigating and resolving bugs or service disruptions; and ensuring compliance with these terms.
This access is strictly read-only and limited to the purposes stated above. Your data is not shared with other customers and is not sold or used for marketing purposes. We may use vetted service providers and processors described in our UK Privacy Notice and DPA to operate the service. All administrative access is logged and you may request an audit log by contacting support.
8. Intellectual property
LucroVox owns all rights in the service, software, brand and content. You retain ownership of your customer data and your inputs. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the service during the subscription period.
9. Service levels and availability
We aim to provide the service with at least 99.5% monthly uptime, measured outside of scheduled maintenance windows. We provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance. The service depends on third-party providers (notably Twilio and AI model providers) and may be affected by their availability.
10. Term and termination
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time, effective from the end of the current billing month.
- We may terminate or suspend your subscription with notice for material breach, non-payment after a cure period, fraud, or where required by law.
- On termination you will cease use of the service. Your customer data will be retained per the Privacy Notice and may be exported on request within 30 days.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to the above, neither party will be liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or anticipated savings. Each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £25,000.
12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party telecoms or AI providers, internet outages, industrial action, or acts of public authority.
13. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, save that LucroVox may bring proceedings to enforce its intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction.
